I encourage my clients to do the same, in a way that works for them, whether that be yoga, time with a personal trainer, a spin class, a walk with their dog, biking, or a boxing class. Moving your body helps you look and feel your best, which translates to more confidence in your own skin AND your clothes.

What you wear while you are active can boost your confidence as much as the activity itself, not to mention give you the pep in your step to get motivated.

What we love about it: Well, everything! From how the jeans lay perfectly over the boots to color combinations!

How Can YOU wear this? Consider your BODY TYPE and height! A boyfriend blazer isn't everyone's friend, especially if you are petite as it can overpower your frame. This doesn't mean you can't rock something similar! Opt for a shorter, more tailored blazer (if you are petite or have a smaller waist) and ALWAYS tuck in your top with wider leg jeans (no matter your body type).

When you love an outfit you see on social media, you *HAVE* to make tweaks to make it right for you. :) “Like” the photo if this outfit is inspiring you, too!
